AusGo Messenger |
|
Rather than send emails to us via outlook or your email client, we have a handy in-house messenger service.
It is used both for correspondence, and to display important system messages.
With the ever growing presence of spam in our lives, messages that are sent in-house will never get flagged as spam or simply lost, causing you to miss out on vital booking information.

System Messages |
|
Any important activity is reported via a system message, which will appear in your Inbox (B on diagram).
These messages often require you to perform an action, or refer to a booking (to which the message has a link).
The most important system message will be a Booking Request.
The reason it's so important is because it's very likely there's a guest sitting at their computer awaiting your reply.
The quicker you are to reply, you're more likely to secure their booking. To help you hear the arrival of a Booking Requests if you're in another room,
a popup window containing the request automatically appears, and you'll hear one telephone ring. This is the only system message type that performs this kind of alert.
