SUPPLIER GUIDE
2. Authoring your Listing
2.6 Rack Rates
Rack Rate is the full-price nightly rate. This is the maximum nightly rate you charge for this room type in each season. If no special rate is offered on a given day, by default the rack rate will be the applicable rate. All amounts must be rounded to the nearest dollar, cent values are not allowed.

Extra Bed is your nightly charge for reconfiguring a room to accommodate an extra bed. The number of extra beds available is set in the 'Room Types' screen. If it's set to 0, then extra beds are not available. All amounts must be rounded to the nearest dollar, cent values are not allowed.

Extra Cot is the nightly cost of providing a cot. The number of cots available is set in the 'Room Types' screen. If it's set to 0, then cots are not available. All amounts must be rounded to the nearest dollar, cent values are not allowed.

Inclusions are displayed when a guest mouses over a rate on the Bookings Calendar. Here you should advertise the key features of the room, e.g. spa/balcony/views/bed size, plus any non-room inclusions such as breakfast, champagne, vouchers, chocolates, alcohol, etc.

When initially setting up your listing, don't worry about setting up Auto-Sell.
