SUPPLIER GUIDE
2. Authoring your Listing
2.1 Supplier Details
Contact Information
Direct telephone numbers and email addresses to reservations, the manager, sales and accounts staff members. The Email addresses and Telephone numbers you provide given in this section are not available to the public. For small organizations where these details don't change, simply use cut and paste to make the process faster.

Telephone Contact Hours is used to determine the hours we can call you if we need to speak to you. It also determines the way booking requests are delivered - if the system calculates that you're contactable, it will ask the guest to wait for your reply, otherwise it will just send an email. In these fields, enter the hours that someone is working, answering the phone and responding to requests.
Supplier Login
Create a password to access the supplier's section of the website.

The login email address will always be set as the reservations contact email address. If you change the reservations email address, you must use the new address as your login email address.
Payment Method
Choose between the two methods of receiving guest payments held by AusGo.
1. Deposit Account - We direct deposit the money into your specified bank account; this method is free.
2. Send Cheque - Some clients still don't trust the internet, so we can mail you a cheque; this method incurs a $5 fee per cheque.
Deposit Account
The bank account into which money owed to you for bookings/refunds is deposited. The sales process is as follows:-
  1. The guest pays us, money goes into our holding account
  2. At the end of the stay month, you invoice us for the total booking amounts minus our commissions.
  3. We transfer the money to your deposit account using National Australia Bank's Secure Online software.
We have faith in Australia's largest bank to provide an extremely secure transfer. We also incur the bank fee for this transaction, so we recommend that you choose this method.
Send Cheque
If you prefer to be sent a cheque, simply enter your mailing address. This method incurs a $5 fee per cheque.
Hotel Information
Provides details about the accommodation you are offering. Most of these details are self-explanatory.

The Display on Website option gives you the ability to completely hide your hotel from the website.

The Location fields define where your property is in relation to the nearest city/town GPO. If you're in a small town and there's no GPO, just use the approximate centre of town as your reference.
