By booking accommodation using AusGo.com ("ausgo", "us", "our", "we"), you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:-

Customers are required to provide photo ID and a Credit Card to cover incidental expenses upon check-in.
|
|
2. |
Cancellation penalties are defined by the hotel, and will be enforced by AusGo. You will also forfeit the booking fee in the event of a cancellation.
|
|
3. |
Bookings are non-amendable. To change a booking, you must first cancel the existing booking by emailing/phoning the Hotel or AusGo. Cancellation penalties may apply, depending on the hotel's cancellation policy. You can then create a new booking, which will incur another booking fee.

4. |
AusGo sells accommodation based on an inventory supplied by each Hotel. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the supplied inventory, and do not accept any liability for loss or damage arising from hotels which have oversold their inventory.

5. |
Occasionally, the situation may arise whereby you purchase a room which is, in fact, unavailable. There will always be a period of time between when a hotel receives a booking external to our site (eg a telephone booking), and when the hotel updates our bookings calendar. If you purchase accommodation which has already been sold, you will be refunded the full amount, including the booking fee.

Listings on this website are authored by each hotel. AusGo does not guarantee that hotel details or any other information on our site is accurate, nor do we guarantee our site is free from errors or faults.

AusGo does not accept liability for errors or omissions. We don't accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the Site, or for any products or services purchased from the Site.

AusGo makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on the site.

9. |
We reserve the right to change information displayed on the site at any time without warning you.
|

10. |
AusGo receives a payment from hotels for the provision of our booking service.
|

11. |
You must be at least 18 years old to book accommodation on AusGo.com.
